I honestly found this episode's animation average too, the choreography was done well along with the movements but I'm glad atleast they gave code his manga design.

People dont actually realize that they wont spend tons of budget on secondary episodes. This one was just an intoduction episode of whats gonna come. Even the code fight was extended on purpose to give us a taste and what Code is capable of. He could enter the facility in 10 secs anytime he willed. It's still too early in this arc. This one and the rest of the episodes will be pretty mid till we get to the main point of the arc where things will get heated up

It's unfortunately true, Demon Slayer is a damn good manga/anime but not the best of the best. Boruto has been upping their game with the recent chapters and episodes.

The story and animation is truly something to behold and the plot twist that it's about hit in the swordsmith village arc is going to be unreal.. season 3 is gonna be the best season yet
